There is a Rescue Rope for Sudan – Take it!
For more than a hundred years, the world has been made to believe that wars in Muslim Lands, in particular African countries, are due to them being intellectually, politically and economically underdeveloped. They have been presented to the world as being incapable to manage their existence without so-called help and intervention from the West.
In fact, that lie only became true after the West started colonising African countries, during which they robbed these lands of their wealth, stripped them of their humanity, and not only blocked them of all opportunities to real advancement but even pushed their living conditions back to the era before current calendar. They massacred whole tribes and civilisations, enslaved the remaining survivors, carried thousands of its people off to distant continents, and even exhibited them in their human zoos, exploiting their lives, dignity, cultures and not only their resources. A few hundred years later, when slavery became too costly in comparison to industrialisation, they granted these areas a fictive freedom and a de facto non-existent autonomy within artificial borders they literally drew with a ruler and donned them national state structures. And to ensure profitable efficiency of these “new type of factories”, they constructed a safety-web spun of international laws, agreements, funding systems etc., so that whenever ownership of those factories tended to shift hands, or new profits came into prospect, the colonialist and unscrupulous “Master West” simply took out his whip to bridle its horses. That strong whip has been and still is their imposed corrupt ruling systems, enacted by their easy-to-replace, soulless, spiritless agent puppet rulers, whose least concern was the success and advancement of their own people. Their long hand over these puppets were their embassies, and humanitarian organisations, and the similar, ready to instigate uprisings, coups and even genocides, fuelling tribalism, racism, sectarianism - whatever and whenever the Western interests deemed opportune. All of this and whilst sedating the whole world - mind you, not only the colonies - by an anaesthetic and hallucinogenic drug, called “democracy and secularism”.
The capitalist West has never been mindful of the human’s value, for monetary gain is the paramount good in their ideology. Thus, colonialism is the method over which the capitalist ideology ensures its existence, protects itself, and spreads to others. Therefore, imposing military, political, economic, intellectual, and cultural dominance over other peoples is vital to achieve its goals and desires. The bottom line of decades of colonial influence is that each of their puppet regimes in our lands rode their countries into another and more painful misery for the sake of the selfish rivalry ridden whims of Western politics. We have witnessed that over and over again in Ruanda, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, and many other Muslim lands. And Sudan has not been an exception. The list of fatal failures, economic, educational, cultural and many other systemic kickbacks of successive secular and democratic regimes can be continued for pages.
Thus, the war in Sudan and the entire political and economic timeline of disasters is a result of this colonialisation, where the initial British coloniser has its tools within political structures as well as in armed movements, just like the American coloniser has his tools within the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and others. Thus, this war is fuelled by the rivalry over dominance of two colonialists over the country, each seeking to drive out the other.
Focussing on Sudan today, we see how General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, and Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (“Hemedti”) are blinded in their subservience to the West. So much so that they do not care about the sanctity of Muslim blood. Rather, they compete with each other in brutality and tyranny in this absurd war, displacing more than 12 million people in their own land, pushing them into hunger and thirst, using tortures, executions, and even sexual violence towards women and girls.
So, who will end this war of giants and rescue the land and its people?
We must remember that we are Muslims, and that Allah (swt) is the greatest power over this world. Thus, the first step is to rely only on Allah and not in the slightest on the colonialists, as Allah (swt) says:
[وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا]
“and never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them].” [An-Nisa:141].
Therefore, the solution and remedy for all the crises in Sudan and the entire Muslim world is the great belief of Islam, which originates from the hearts of Muslims. Islam is a creed and a way of life, a Deen, and that is what shapes a truly independent and autonomous state, and not a slavery factory set up within the Sykes-Picot borders of the colonialists.
The colonialists instigated regional and tribal divisions, an illness that only can be cured through Islam and nothing else. Throughout history, Islam has been the only power that was able to unite different people into one Ummah.
“And brought together their hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise.” [Al-Anfal: 63].
This is because Islam is not simply a religion, but it is an Aqeedah with a comprehensive, complete, flueless, perfect system of life and laws – the Sharia laws.
“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion” [Al-Ma’ida:3].
The power to govern over the people is not for the big criminals, murderers, and blood shedders, whose ultimate goal is to achieve worldly benefits for the pleasure of their colonialist masters. Governance under Islam is only for the righteous, just and pure people who protect and preserve the lives, wealth, and honour of the Muslims and non-Muslims under their protection because they understand that governance is a responsibility and trust, and that Shariah requires them to be competent and capable of carrying out the duties of governance, and because they follow only the orders of Allah (swt), and not the whims of capital owners like under secular democratic systems, who confine the Lord of the Worlds to worship rituals:
[إنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ يَقُصُّ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْفَاصِلِينَ]
“The decision is only for Allah. He relates the truth, and He is the best of deciders.” [Al-An’am:56]. And His speech:
“Legislation is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.” [Yusuf:40].
Islam will end all wars of nationalism, tribalism, and sectarianism fuelled by the colonialists for their exploitative colonialist goals, because Muslims are one Ummah, one body! All the current wars in our lands, especially in Sudan, are just for the benefit of the kafir West, despite the warning of the Messenger of Allah (saw), narrated by Al-Ahnaf ibn Qays, who said: !“I have heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying, “When two Muslims fight (meet) each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell-fire.” I said, 'O the Messenger of Allah (saw)! It is all right for the murderer but what about the murdered one?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) replied, “He surely had the intention to kill his companion.” [Bukhari].
In conclusion, reviving Islamic life, as exemplified in the path of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and as proven throughout Islamic history, is the only rescue rope for Sudan and the entire Muslim world. It is only the Second Khilafah Rashidah upon the Method of Prophethood that will break all the shackles of Western colonization and uproot its tools from the Muslim world. Implementing Islam and spreading it to the world is the rescue rope that Hizb ut Tahrir offers to you without demanding anything in return. You will find all the solutions to all the crises and problems that occurred as a result of decades of living under the dominance of Western civilization in the blueprint for the Khilafah State prepared by Hizb ut Tahrir.
So, take this rescue rope as it comes from Allah, the Lord of the Worlds:
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.” [Al-Anfal: 24].
