Sudan: The Darkness of the Framework Agreement or the Light of the Constitution Derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger?
(Translated)
It is not surprising to anyone following the political scene in Sudan to know that this war was orchestrated and supervised by the filthy and malicious United States in order to achieve its agenda and break the power of its European competitors, especially the British-affiliated civilians. This war is sponsored by America, it is their cursed game. The clearest evidence is that the statement about prolonging the war came from the U.S. Secretary of State, Blinken. The prolongation of this war is not for resolution or to preserve blood or stop the destruction that has devastated the country and its people; rather, it is a back-and-forth struggle and an attempt to impose a political vision that ensures and preserves America’s interests in the country.
America’s recent statements calling for peace and ending the war are not to protect lives, stop bloodshed, or out of concern for Sudan and the dignity and honor of its people, this is the last thing the colonizer thinks about. Rather, it is about enforcing peace through power to achieve two things: First, to impose America's dominance and assert itself as the leading power in the world, to stop the war when it pleases and allow it to continue when it wants. Second, to preserve America’s interests worldwide, including in Sudan. The war it ignited to eliminate European influence will be stopped once those interests are secured through the political vision it imposes. In all scenarios, the result is destruction for Sudan, suffering for its people, bloodshed, violation of dignity, and looting of wealth.
This reality is neither strange nor surprising, but rather the norm under the capitalist system. In today’s world under this corrupt ideology, which state truly offers its people a prosperous life? Which country offers a life of dignity, safety for its citizens, their wealth, their honor, their deen, and their rights, without having its resources plundered by America or others, without suffering economic hardship? But what’s painfully ironic is that a government implementing U.S. policies comes under the name "Government of Hope," with a prime minister who was a former UN official!
What hope is there, when this government, whose mission is to “achieve security, prosperity, and well-being for the people” intends to accomplish these goals through the same secular democratic system that has been in place since the entry of the colonialist Kitchener's forces into Sudan in 1898 until today? It has utterly failed, it brought neither security, nor prosperity, nor well-being. Instead, it is layers upon layers of darkness: from the secession of the South and the bloody war that lasted for years under al-Bashir, to the war between al-Burhan and Hemetti, to attempts to secede Darfur, all resulting in tens of thousands of oppressed people, looting of national wealth, and destruction of infrastructure.
Political statements between conflicting parties revolve around shares in a hybrid government, technocratic or otherwise, positions or seats in a government that does nothing but execute America's dictates. Disputes revolve around the rights of marginalized groups or ministerial entitlements... Countless slogans, much noise, but no real action. All these ministers and aspiring political leaders shaped by America are only seeking personal ambitions and worldly status. They present the suffering people with dazzling slogans about hope and prosperity, while not one of them has a clear plan or a detailed project to uplift Sudan, rebuild it, and preserve its people’s blood and dignity.
Among political parties, there is none like Hizb ut Tahrir, truthful to its people which has a detailed and clear project derived from the creed of this good ummah’s people. A project capable of ending bloody conflicts and saving Sudan from the political struggle of greedy states, because Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party whose goal is to resume the Islamic way of life. It clearly presents its ideas and project to the public and addresses the Ummah and its active forces to adopt and support it so it can be implemented, bringing pride to Islam and its people.
This project is presented to the Ummah and its bearers are those who carry Islam as an idea and a method. It is well-known, not vague, and open to discussion through evidence and Islamic proof. The party guarantees the Ummah that by implementing this project, derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, its suffering will end, and it will be freed from the tyranny of America, Europe, and others. It has men who care about the rise of their Ummah, not about securing positions. They know that their responsibility for the Ummah and implementing Allah’s Sharia is an obligation for which they will be held accountable before Allah, not a prestigious seat in the United Nations or the Security Council.
The difference between the “Government of Hope” and the Framework Agreement project or any other plan America prepares for Sudan, and between the constitutional project prepared by Hizb ut Tahrir for the Ummah, is like the difference between darkness and light.
The people of Sudan want a government that solves their problems and elevates their lives to the level of human dignity, by guaranteeing the basic needs of each individual (food, clothing, housing), and ensuring the basic collective needs (security, education, healthcare), along with clean water, electricity, infrastructure (communication networks, roads, bridges, etc.), and halting the looting of national resources, returning public properties to their rightful owners, all of which requires uprooting the influence of the colonialist disbeliever from our lands. This is what brings real hope to the people of Sudan, something the government of Kamal Idris cannot achieve, simply because it applies secularism, which has proven its failure worldwide on all levels. This principle adopts the creed of separating religion from life, denying the Creator’s right to legislate, and makes individual pleasure and desire the ultimate goal and path to happiness. It promotes the survival of the fittest, where success is measured by personal gain at any cost, even if it harms others “the law does not protect the foolish.” It accumulates wealth in the hands of a small elite considered deserving due to their intelligence and ability to acquire, disregarding the weak or less fortunate. The concern of the state is maintaining high productivity and economic dominance to protect its interests. It is a principle in which individuals have no value except in serving the upper class. It permits the violation of people's sanctities and plunder of their wealth, and justifies these crimes in the name of human rights and spreading freedoms!
Democratic systems produce criminals, nurture crime, and sponsor corruption due to their weak punishments. They think they are more merciful than their Creator, and after disbelief, there is no greater sin.
The true hope for Sudan lies only under Islam, the belief and complete system of life embraced by the people of Sudan until the Day of Judgment. Allah Almighty says:
[الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإسلام دِيناً]
“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.” [Al-Ma’idah: 3].
This Islam is the truth, and hope can only be born under truth. When the Khilafah (Caliphate) system is established, hope for a dignified life under Islam is born, for the following reasons:
1. The Khalifah (Caliph) will immediately annul the man-made constitution and begin implementing the Islamic constitution derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah, thereby severing the hand of the kafir (disbelieving) West and rejecting all foreign interference.
2. The Khalifah (Caliph) will swiftly appoint deputies and governors and begin solving the people’s problems without any quota-sharing, because authority, according to Sharia, belongs to the Ummah, not to those who bear arms or collude with foreign powers. He will bring close people of knowledge, piety, and righteousness, thus drawing the true identity of the Ummah.
3. The Khilafah (Caliphate) will terminate all invalid political or economic agreements with foreign powers, halting the looting of Sudan’s wealth by the West. It will build upon the nation’s intellectual and material resources to rise again as the world’s leading state, as it once was.
4. The Khilafah (Caliphate) will eliminate all foreign spy dens. The role of embassies and diplomatic missions will be limited to conveying messages between the Khalifah (Caliph) and foreign states not interfering in politics or roaming the country looting its resources. It will also ensure the rights of non-Muslim citizens (dhimmis), regardless of their religion or ethnicity, as per Islamic law, ending the issue of marginalized groups, racism, and sectarianism. Islam guarantees every person their rights.
5. The Khalifah (Caliph) will unify all armed forces under his command, halting the chaos of new militias sprouting each morning and worse, some are trained abroad! How can we seek hope and a dignified life under such fractured armed groups?
6. The Khilafah (Caliphate) will utilize all its media capabilities to spread the message of Islam, its justice and truth, to the world. It will promote Islamic culture, support science and scholars, and work to eliminate any thought or cultural manifestation displeasing to Allah. Society will be one of brotherhood, mercy, and cooperation in righteousness and piety. Alongside this, it will ensure the provision of basic needs for individuals and society, return public and state ownership to their rightful places, and spend wealth where Allah mandated, with implementation of Islamic punishments to guarantee a secure society where people live in safety, focused on development, intellectual and political progress, and carrying Islam, not killing each other and spreading corruption and chaos.
This is but a drop from the ocean of Islamic rulings. When we present them as a project to the Ummah, they can truly rekindle hope for a dignified life. And the day they are implemented, our lives will transform, and hope will turn into action, lifting us back to the heights of glory as before. And that is not difficult for Allah.
Allah Almighty says:
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.” [Al-Anfal: 24].
