With the fall of the tyrant Hasina and official announcement of the banning of all activities of notorious Awami League, a dark chapter of the secular flagship party-Awami League’s politics has come into end. This demise of Awami League, the successor to the 'All India Muslim League' established in 1906, is not due to the political equation of power of any particular political group, but rather a historical and inevitable reality. The desire of the Muslims of India is to live under the Islamic rule-Khilafah system. To deceive this desire, in the name of protecting the interests of the Muslims, 'All India Muslim League' was run under the leadership of Mohammad Ali Jinnah, an agent of Colonialist British. With the slogan ‘What is the purpose of Pakistan, La ilaha illallah’, this British agent Jinnah divided the Muslims of this region and established Pakistan in 1947 on the basis of Muslim nationality and established the secular-capitalist system on the Muslims, turning them into a British neo-colony. Later, another British agent Sheikh Mujibur Rahman founded the ‘Awami League’ on the basis of Bengali nationality and again got busy in the politics of conspiracy to divide the Muslims with Indian support.
Since the ‘Awami League’ did not hide its secular identity, the Awami League failed to gain the trust and support of the Islam-loving people of this country. As a result, Hasina and the Awami League were rejected by the Islam-loving people of this country and took an open stance against Islam and Muslims. To cling into power, the Awami leadership established itself as a 'democratic crusader' in the 'war on Islam' in the name of 'war on terror' to gain the support of the West, especially the Americans, and continued all its evil attempts to weaken the country's military to subjugate this land to India, the regional henchmen of USA. Starting from the Pilkhana massacre, the continuous oppression and torture of truthful and sincere politicians and those who carry the message of Islam, are examples of those. Allah (swt) says,
“[All of] whom oppressed within the lands. And increased therein the corruption. So your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment” [Surah al-Fajr: 11-13]. In this way, the oppressive ruler fell worldwide and Allah's punishment was inflicted on his blind followers. This inevitable reality is a historical warning for the existing political parties and new political faces in the country. Anyone in this Muslim-dominated land who joins in the West's war against Islam and attempts to impose the colonialist interests of their foreign masters on the people, will be thrown into the garbage of history by the people like the fallen Awami League.
The question the interim government in the mind of the people is, when the tyrant Hasina government banned the sincere political party Hizb ut Tahrir for taking a strong stand for Islam, Muslims and country’s sovereignty and for being uncompromising, and carried out inhumane oppression and torture on its activists, then why is the illegal ban on Hizb ut Tahrir not being lifted yet even after the departure of that tyrant? The question to the leaders of the anti-discrimination movement is, you are vocal about banning the Awami League, but why are you silent about the Awami government's unjust ban on Hizb ut Tahrir? So are your slogans "Aposh na Sangram - Sangram, Sangram (Compromise or Struggle – Struggle, Struggle)" "Dalali na Rajpath - Rajpath, Rajpath (Politics of Conspiracy or Protests – Protests, Protests)" true, or empty rhetoric? You must know that Hizb ut Tahrir is a leading political party made up of youths from renowned educational institutions of the country, so you must understand the pulse of the youth. If you choose the path of ‘compromise and subservient’ (Young Turk), the younger generation will reject you with hatred. While the younger generation is carrying the “flag of Shahadah”, if you replace the secular flagship of the fallen ‘Awami League’, then you can realize what consequences is waiting?
[وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ]
“And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers” [Surah Adh-Dhariyat: 55].
O Sincere Political Leaders, Intellectuals and Officers serving in the Military, ‘If the soup is salty, changing the spoon will not help’ – this Arabic proverb means that superficial or temporary solutions without knowing the root cause of the problem are ineffective and meaningless. Secular-capitalism is a failed system worldwide, which is now being questioned in its birth place, the Western world itself. Therefore, just by changing the faces there has been no change in this system for the past decades, similarly there will be no real change in the future either. The Prophet (saw) said, «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“...then there will be the end of tyranny, then there will Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood” (Hadith: Musnad Ahmad). You must know that the Islam-loving people of all levels of the country are waiting for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) for the liberation of the Muslim Ummah. Therefore, we call upon you: instead of falling into the trap of divisive politics and to fulfill the aspirations of the people, work together with Hizb ut Tahrir and come forward to establish the Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood.
“O you who have believed, respond to Allāh and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life” [Surah Al-Anfal: 24]
