In the face of this Declaration established a Hizb ut Tahrir in the Netherlands on Sunday, 02/07/2016 seminar entitled: "The Netherlands is involved in the war on al-Sham", was attended by numerous Muslims in the Netherlands.
On 4th of February 2016 the Court of Chelyabinsk region sentenced five Muslims from Hizb ut Tahrir. The Moscow region military court deliberated on the criminal case against Salafat Khabirov, Alfred Shaimov, Rinat Shamsodin, Orvidjan Mirov and Radek Kaberova.
