In Blind Service to Trump, the Rulers of Pakistan Raise Both the Carrot and the Stick Against the Muslims of Iran

Reuters reported on 18 May, “Pakistan has deployed 8,000 troops, a ​squadron of fighter jets and an air defence system to Saudi Arabia under a mutual defence pact, ramping up military cooperation with ‌Riyadh even as Islamabad serves as the main mediator in the Iran war... All five sources said the deployment includes around 8,000 troops, with a pledge to send more if needed, as well as a Chinese HQ-9 air defence system.” (Reuters)

Reports of Pakistan’s deployment of troops and warplanes to Hijaz have been circulating for some weeks, without any official denial or confirmation from the rulers of Pakistan, other than the circulation of the narrative about the importance of preserving the sanctity of the Noble Kaaba in the season of Hajj, whilst omitting any mention of the Shariah obligation to protect the sanctity of the wealth and blood of the Muslims. Abdullah Ibn Umar (ra) narrated, «رأيتُ رسولَ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ يَطوفُ بالكعبةِ وهوَ يقولُ ما أطيبَكِ وأطيبَ ريحَكِ ما أعظمَكِ وأعظمَ حرمَتكِ والذي نفسُ محمدٍ بيدِهِ لحُرمةُ المؤمنِ أعظمُ حُرمةً عِندَ اللهِ مِنكِ مالُهُ ودمُهُ وأنْ يُظنَّ بهِ إلا خيرًا»“I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ circumambulating the Kaaba, saying, “How fragrant you are, and how sweet your scent is! How great you are, and how great your sanctity is! By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of a believer is greater in the Sight of Allah than yours, his wealth and his blood, and that nothing but good must be thought of him.” [Narrated by Ibn Majah and At-Tabrani].

Moreover, the reports of the military deployment by Pakistan now coincide with the military posturing of the major powers from the West.  As for America, on 18 May 2026, Trump stated, “We were getting ready to do a very major attack tomorrow, and I’ve put it off for a little while, hopefully maybe forever, but possibly for a little while.” As for Britain, on 17 May 2026, its Ministry of Defence declared, “the Royal Air Force deploys a new low-cost anti-drone weapon on operations in the Middle East,” after it declared on 12 May 2026, “UK to contribute drones, jets and warship to Multinational Mission to secure the Strait of Hormuz.” As for France, on 6 May 2026, it sent its flagship aircraft carrier, the nuclear-powered Charles de Gaulle, towards the southern Red Sea to pre‑position for a possible military mission to restore navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

As for the rulers of Pakistan, they maintain Pakistan as a state that is subordinate to the US, serving its interests, regardless of the harm upon Islam and its Ummah. So, it is not a surprise that they have played a key role to implement the plan of Trump to change Iran from being an independent state that is currently refusing US foreign policy directives, into a subordinate state like Pakistan. Initially, the rulers of Pakistan presented the carrot to Iran, undertaking the dirty role of pulling Iran into the trap of negotiations with the US, after the brave and intelligent Muslims of Iran strongly repulsed its brutal attacks, whilst seeking victory or martyrdom.  Now, on behalf of Trump, the rulers of Pakistan are presenting the stick to Iran, through the deployment of troops and warplanes to threaten the Muslims of Iran, when the Shariah obligation is to support them in Jihad against the attacking aggressors.

O Muslims of Pakistan!

The Prophet (saw) said in his Farewell Sermon (خطبة الوداع Khutbatu l-Wada’) on 9 Dhul Hijjah 10 AH, at Arafat, «يَا أَيُّها النَّاسُ أَلا إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ وَاحِدٌ، وَإِنَّ أَباكُمْ وَاحِدٌ، أَلا لا فَضْلَ لِعَرَبِيٍّ على عَجَمِيٍّ، وَلا لِعَجَمِيٍّ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ، وَلَا أَحْمَرَ عَلَى أَسْوَدَ، ولا أَسْوَدَ على أَحْمَرَ، إِلَّا بِالتَّقْوَى» “O humankind, indeed your Lord is one, and your original forefather is one. Indeed, neither the Arab has superiority over the non-Arab, nor the non-Arab over the Arab, nor the white over the black, nor the black over the white, except by piety.” [Ahmad]. We are part of a great Ummah of two billion Muslims. We do not consider nationalism, or national interest, when it comes to military deployment. We consider only the commands and prohibitions of Allah (swt). Our soldiers are now stationed within striking distance of the enemies of Allah (swt) from the Jews and the crusaders. We must contact our sons, brothers, fathers and grandfathers in the armed forces of Pakistan, and order them to fulfill their Shariah obligation to expel the enemies from the lands of Muslims.

O Muslims of the Armed Forces of Pakistan!

Since October 2023, the agents of Trump in your military leadership have said that Gaza is too far away, and so they prohibited your Jihad against the Jewish entity. However, now that Trump is sinking in a quagmire of his own creation, his men in your leadership do not consider any distance as too far, and so they order you to mobilize in fighting. Remember that there is no order above the order of Allah (swt), and there is no prohibition above the prohibition of Allah (swt). The Prophet (saw) said, «لاَ طَاعَةَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، إِنَّمَا الطَّاعَةُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ» “No obedience for evil deeds, obedience is required only in what is goodness.” [Bukhari]. You will not be able to use the orders of your leadership as an excuse on the Day of Judgement. Do not throw yourselves in the Fire of Jahannum for the sake of Trump’s men. Remove them and grant your nussrah (نصرةmilitary support) to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, so that it leads you and the entire Ummah in Jihad against the enemies.
