Only the Complete Implementation of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) Is Capable of Addressing the Grievances of the Muslims of Azad (Liberated) Kashmir
MUZAFFARABAD: The proscribed Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) announced on Thursday (9 July 2026) that it would resume its long march on Muzaffarabad on July 15, if its demands remained unmet. Addressing participants at the Eidgah sit-in, JAAC core member Umar Nazir Kashmiri said the alliance would stage a long march on Muzaffarabad on July 15 if its charter of demands was not implemented by July 14... Kashmiri urged people across Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) to begin preparations for the July 15 march. (Dawn)
The charter of demands from the Muslims of Kashmir are focused upon two major areas: immediate economic relief and long-term structural changes. This charter of demands could be raised by most of the Muslims in Pakistan, as they live in awful conditions, struggling for food, clothing and shelter, whilst receiving poor education and healthcare.
In reality, the current economic system in Pakistan can never provide economic prosperity and adequate infrastructure to the Muslims in Kashmir, or anywhere else in Pakistan. The economic system in Pakistan is both a legacy of British colonialism and is a capitalist system. British colonialism regarded the population as an enemy to the authority, and so ensured deprivation and poverty within the peripheral regions. As for capitalism, it concentrates the wealth in the hands of the rulers and the major capitalists, denying most of the population their share in the wealth of the country.
However, in the era of the implementation of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt), the entire Islamic Indian Subcontinent was a major economic power. Shashi Taroor writes in "An Era of Darkness: The British Empire in India,” that, “At the beginning of the eighteenth century, as the British economic historian Angus Maddison has demonstrated, India’s share of the world economy was 23 per cent, as large as all of Europe put together. (It had been 27 per cent in 1700, when the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb’s treasury raked in £100 million in tax revenues alone.) By the time the British departed India, it had dropped to just over 3 per cent. The reason was simple: India was governed for the benefit of Britain. Britain’s rise for 200 years was financed by its depredations in India.”
It is upon all Muslims who want their Shariah rights to be restored, to demand the abolition of the current colonialist, capitalist system in Pakistan. All Muslims, including those amongst the people of military power and protection, must strive for the establishment of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) under the caring guardianship of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate).
By the Permission of Allah (swt), the Second Khilafah Rashidah Will End the Tyranny of the Major Powers, Just as the First Khilafah Rashidah Defeated the Romans and Persians
On 10 July the Prime Minister of Pakistan posted on X, “Spoke with my brother President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian of Iran today. We discussed the evolving regional situation and underscored the imperative of restraint, dialogue and diplomacy to safeguard the hard-earned peace gains of recent months.”
The rulers of Pakistan insist on talks even though Trump stated "the Cease Fire is OVER!" The rulers of Pakistan carry the same lowly mentality of the traitors who collaborated with the British occupation during the era of the colonialist Raj in the Indian Subcontinent. These rulers see no power greater than the colonialists, behaving towards them as if they provide sustenance and lifespan. They will speak in favor of their masters, even when their masters are shy to do so.
It is clear that there is no cure for the disease of submission before colonialism. The rulers of Pakistan must be removed and replaced by a new leadership that has deep conviction in, and wide awareness of, the great Deen of Islam. It is the strict adherence to the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) that enabled the Khulafaa' Rashidun (ra) to defeat the major powers of their time, the Romans and the Persians. It is the Second Khilafah Rashidah which will end the tyranny of the major powers in the West and the East, by the Permission of Allah (swt), Ar Razzaq, Al-Hay and Al Qayyum. [وَیَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هُوَۖ قُلۡ عَسَىٰۤ أَن یَكُونَ قَرِیبࣰا] “And they say when will that be. Say ‘Perhaps it is close’” [TMQ Surah Al-Israa: 51].
Dismantle the US Military Infrastructure in the Lands of Muslims, the Snake in Our Abode
Tehran, IRNA – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced it has struck an enemy command-and-control center and an airbase in Jordan using a volley of ballistic missiles... The US is separated by oceans from the lands of Muslims. It could never sustain attacks on Muslims without bases and spy-posts disguised as embassies within the Muslim Lands themselves. This US security infrastructure is the snake in our abode. The rulers let in the snake, claiming it is for the security of Muslims. The reality is that the American snake is for the security of the thrones of its agents and a platform to strike each Muslim country, one after the other.
The Shariah obligation to remove this harmful presence is upon all the armies of the Muslims, not just the army of Iran. The myth of US invincibility has been broken by just a single Muslim army. It is upon the Islamic Ummah to direct all its armies immediately to force the retreat of the US military from its lands.
The Alternative to Agreements With the Deceitful Americans Is Jihad by the Armed Forces of the Ummah to Expel Them From the Lands of Muslims
After America launched strikes on Iran, the Spokesperson of the Foreign Office of Pakistan said in a press statement on 8 July 2026, “There is no alternative to continued engagement, dialogue and diplomacy to achieve shared goal of peace in the region. Pakistan urges all sides to uphold their respective commitments under the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which remains an enduring foundation for understanding, mutual respect and shared prosperity for the region and beyond.” (APP)
Whilst the military leadership of Iran is capable of being independent in its policies, it is facing pressure from the followers of Trump within the political leadership, a pressure which increased when the fatal mistake of tolerating political negotiations was made. The political agreement bought time for the US to gather its forces for further attacks, whilst giving its followers room to change the course of Iran.
As for the leadership of Pakistan, it is acting in the best interest of the US, regardless of the harm upon Muslims and Islam. Whilst the Muslims of Pakistan make Dua for the Muslims of Iran to become victorious against the foremost enemy of the Ummah, America, the rulers of Pakistan are wasting the opportunity for Pakistan to join Iran in independence from American colonialism.
The unification of the Muslims, Iran and Pakistan, as one state is natural, given their common Deen, history and geography. Let the Muslims strive for the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah, which will mobilize the armies of the Ummah against the American crusaders and their forward military base, the Jewish entity.
The Muslims of Iran Must Establish the Khilafah to Expel the Deceitful US in Humiliation
The Foreign Ministry of Iran has condemned US military assaults on monitoring facilities along the country’s southern coast on Wednesday, warning that Washington would bear responsibility for the consequences of escalating tensions... It said that the attacks, coupled with the US Treasury Department’s decision the previous night to revoke Iran’s oil sales authorization, were in violation of arrangements concerning the Strait of Hormuz, adding that the continuation of 'Israeli' military aggression and terrorist acts against Lebanon, had rendered “important and fundamental parts” of the agreement ineffective. Hizb ut Tahrir has clearly warned the military leadership regarding the agreement, stating in its question and answer of 28 June 2026, “Trump should not have been given through negotiations what he could not take through war, especially since Iran is not a small or weak country. It has the power to withstand a long war, defeat America, and expel it from the region in humiliation, just as it was expelled from Afghanistan in 2021. Then it will finally become independent in its policies, neither remaining a satellite state nor falling to the level of an client state.”
Hizb ut Tahrir also gave clear direction, “As for how the Muslim Ummah will return to being alive and honorable after this humiliation in which it lives, the matter is not unknown, but it is written in the Book of Allah, Al-Qawi Al Aziz, and in the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw), the truthful and trustworthy; a Khilafah for the Muslims that rules them according to what Allah (swt) has revealed.”
After the Defiance of Iran, the Ummah Must Seize the Opportunity for Independence from US Colonialism
Comprehensive sanctions and pressures imposed by Iran’s adversaries failed to hinder the country’s progress and instead helped drive it toward defense self-sufficiency, sustainable deterrence and strategic strength, Defense Ministry Spokesperson Brigadier General Reza Talaei-Nik said on Tuesday. The defiance of the military leadership of Iran gave positive results in terms of steps towards military self-sufficiency. However, defiance of the US must neither be limited to the military domain nor Iran. The entire Islamic Ummah must mobilize to dismantle all elements of US colonialism - military, economic, political and cultural - from every region of the Muslim World, in rejection of the supremacy of the disbelievers over the believers. The Shariah method for such comprehensive change is the Khilafah Rashidah.
