The Hatred and Criminality of the Jewish entity in Gaza and Yemen
Will Not Be Stopped Except by the Second Khilafah Rashidah upon the Method of the Prophethood, Protector of the Sanctity of the Muslims

On Monday, 01/09/2025, the funeral was held for the bodies of the Prime Minister, Head of the Government of Change and Construction in Sana’a, Ahmad Ghalib Nasser al-Rahwi, along with a group of ministers: Judge Mujahid Ahmad Abdullah Ali – Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Mu’een Hashim Ahmad al-Muhaqiri – Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, Radwan Ali Ali al-Rubai‘i – Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Jamal Ahmad Ali ‘Amir – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ali Saif Muhammad Hasan – Minister of Electricity, Energy and Water, Ali Qasim Hussein al-Yafi‘i – Minister of Culture and Tourism, Samir Muhammad Ahmad Baj‘alah – Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Hashim Ahmad Abdurrahman Sharafuddin – Minister of Information, Muhammad Ali Ahmad al-Muwallad – Minister of Youth and Sports, Muhammad Qasim al-Kubsi – Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, Zahid Muhammad al-‘Amadi – Secretary of the Council of Ministers; while the fate of the rest of the ministers who were in the meeting was not mentioned, after they were targeted on Thursday afternoon, 28/08/2025, by an aggression of the Jewish entity upon them in the capital Sana’a during a meeting, four days after its targeting of the Oil Company and the Hazir Power Station.

Those whom Allah has humiliated could not have violated our lands except while assured of the presence of treacherous rulers paving the way for them, as their planes fly over the Red Sea—with Salman bin Abdul Aziz on its right shore, and al-Sisi and al-Burhan on its left shore, and indeed they launch also from its islands and from the islands of Yemen, in which the Emirates of Muhammad bin Zayed share their bases, and other rulers of the Muslims, and those behind them. And they would not have carried out such aggression against the lands of the Muslims without the complicity of these rulers, their leaning towards the worldly life in the face of this usurping entity of Palestine since 1948, their failure to confront it, and their daring against their peoples when they denounce upon them the vileness of their filthy deeds.

The targeting of Yemen by the Jewish entity would not have taken place except in the absence of ruling by Islam, and the adoption of the international law represented by the United Nations and those behind it as their qiblah, and such recompense for turning away from ruling by Islam is but a natural result—until the politicians of Yemen return to their senses and place Islam in implementation within the Khilafah Rashidah (Righteous Caliphate), the second upon the method of Prophethood. Allah (swt) said:

[إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ]

“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand.” [Surat Ghafir: 51]. And the Prophet (saw) said:

«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»

“Then there will be a Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood.” [Musnad Ahmad 18406]

A Khilafah that rules by Islam, unites the lands of the Muslims, and uproots the Jewish entity from its roots by the march of the armies of the Muslims, after its transgression for nearly eighty years, and not merely targeting it with missiles from afar! Without this, the criminal entity will continue with these criminal acts.

Indeed Allah has honored us with Islam, ennobled us with it, and revealed to us a Shari‘ah that solves all the problems of the world and clarifies for it the path of guidance. So how do we exchange it for a man-made unjust law (the law of the United Nations) whose rules were framed by the colonialist disbelievers?! The world today hurls at us with one bow, so we must heed what our Lord said and implement Islam comprehensively, completely, and without deficiency, and lead the masses of the Ummah towards the liberation of the lands of the Muslims and of all humankind from the injustice of capitalism. And we in Hizb ut Tahrir continue in our work in raising the awareness of the Ummah, seeking the nussrah from the people of power and protection, and carrying the pure Islamic project until Allah honors us with victory and conquest by the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah upon the method of Prophethood, and we call you to work with us to establish this great obligation.

Allah (swt) said:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.” [Surat Al-Anfal: 24]
