Obituary of the Da’wah Carrier from Uzbekistan

[مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا]
“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah; some of them have fulfilled their vow, and some of them are still waiting, and they have not changed in the least.” [Surah Al-Ahzab: 23]

Hizb ut Tahrir in Uzbekistan mourns to the Islamic Ummah a member of Hizb ut Tahrir:

Abdul-Majeed Butirov

He was from Andijan, and he departed from the abode of trial at the age of 75 and moved to the presence of Allah Almighty. He was one who spoke the word of truth to the oppressive ruler, broke the pride of kufr, and was an example and role model for many because of his courage and firmness in the path of Allah, despite his old age, and was one of the brave men and sons of the Islamic Ummah. Abdul-Majeed was a good companion, a kind friend, humble to the believers and mighty against the disbelievers.

Our brother Abdul-Majeed spent nearly 20 years of his life in the prisons of the tyrant Karimov, such as Jaslik and Zarafshan which are internationally infamous for murders, for the sake of delivering the Ummah from the miserable life it lives under the weight of the rule of kufr and for establishing the Islamic State in which the Ummah lives honored and dignified, and in which the well-being and tranquility of all are guaranteed.

Under the torture and oppression practiced by the repressive authority organs of the Uzbek regime, and their rabid dogs called Lokhmatch (he is a prisoner who, in exchange for something trivial, exposes the conditions of prisoners to the administration through the use of force, torture and pressure [snitch]) even in the prisons now, our brother continued to proclaim the truth with patience and greatness, despite the smallness of his size, yet he never retreated. Likewise, Abdul-Majeed became a proof from Allah against the scholars of the sultans who serve the tyrannical regime and seize the pulpits of the mosques, which are places of calling to the truth and they clothe serving the regime in the garment of serving the Deen!

He attained this honor by the firmness of his faith in Allah alone, his strong will, and his absolute trust in the promise of the Lord of the Worlds to restore the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate). We ask Allah Almighty to gather this dear noble brother with the Messenger of Allah (saw) at the Hawd Al-Kawthar, and we ask Him, Glorified is He, to grant patience and solace to his family. And in conclusion, we only say that which pleases our Lord Almighty: [إِنَّا للهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ]“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 156].
