O People of Sudan, You Are Capable of Thwarting the Plan to Separate Darfur, So Rise Up to Obey Allah!
(Translated)

In an expected move, the commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, took the constitutional oath as head of the Presidential Council of the so-called parallel government in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur, on Saturday, 30/8/2025. The Vice President, members of the Presidential Council, and the Prime Minister also took the oath.

This move was expected as part of America's criminal plan to separate Darfur through its agents, including military leaders, Rapid Support Forces (RSF) commanders, and political mercenaries.

This move came quickly after Al-Burhan met with US Presidential Advisor Massad Boulos in Zurich, Switzerland, which accelerated the move before the fall of El Fasher.

In the face of this grave crime, the reactions of the Sudanese people, in all their sectors, varied, as follows:

- Those who rushed to implement the plan and carried it out of greed for America's favour. These people must be stopped and prevented from carrying out this grave crime.

- The frustrated people who ask people to accept the status quo, as if Darfur's secession is an inevitable fate that must be accepted! These include politicians, media figures, and others. Their danger is revealed when they actively spread frustration among others. They must be stopped and made aware of the elements of power that enable them to thwart the plan.

- A group that is indifferent to what is happening, as if it is happening on another planet! Because they are ignorant of what is going on around them, they must be educated and their energies must be mobilized to thwart the plan.

- A group who realized the plot, anticipates events and sees beyond the wall. This group must work day and night, mobilizing the energies of all groups, not only to thwart the plot to divide Sudan and separate Darfur, but also to reshape life, turn the tables, and transfer our Ummah from being a target of the conspiracies and criminal projects of the kaffir West to becoming a beacon of guidance and light for this kaffir West, across the globe.

We, in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, have been, and continue to be, the warner, exposing conspiracies and mobilizing the will to thwart criminal schemes.

O People of Sudan: you are capable of thwarting this second-edition plot to tear your country apart, which aims to separate Darfur. If you put your trust in Allah, seek His help, and do the following:

* Disavow every traitorous agent who has taken it upon himself to implement this plan, either by forming a parallel government or by negligence to surrender El Fasher so that the Rapid Support Forces can complete their control over the entire Darfur region.

* Mobilize the energies of the sincere in the people of power and protection, to thwart the plan and seize the agents and traitors.

* Mobilize all the energies of the media, mosque pulpits, and others to expose the plot and its tools of implementation domestically, and mobilize the people to stand against it.

* Mobilize the energies of the sincere people, innocent of any connection to the traitors, including tribal leaders, clan leaders, thinkers, opinion makers, leaders, politicians, lawyers, and all notables, to form an impregnable barrier protecting the unity of what remains of our country.

Doesn't this, taken together, constitute a formidable force capable of thwarting America's plot? Which is the devil's scheme [إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفاً] “Indeed, Satan’s schemes are ever weak” [An-Nisa: 76] [وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ]“They planned, but Allah also planned. And Allah is the best of planners” [Al-Anfal: 30]. The Prophet (saw) said:

«فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْ مِنْكُمْ بَعْدِي فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلَافاً كَثِيراً، فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ الرَّاشِدِينَ، تَمَسَّكُوا بِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ»

“Verily he among you who lives long will see great controversy, so you must keep to my Sunnah and to the Sunnah of the Khulafa ar-Rashideen (the rightly guided caliphs), those who guide to the right way. Cling to it stubbornly [literally: with your molar teeth].” Narrated by Al-Arbadh bin Sariyah, may Allah be pleased with him, and extracted by Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhi, Ahmad and Ibn Hibban.
