The Criminal Palestinian Authority, including the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Rushes to Implement the Projects of the Enemies of Islam to Destroy the Family, Dismantle Society, and Crush the Muslim Woman Who Gives Birth to Heroes
(Translated)

A statement issued by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs revealed that the Ministry held a workshop with the Committee for Drafting the Interim Constitution to discuss the features of working on the draft constitution and incorporating women’s issues into its articles. According to the statement: “With broad participation from official and governmental institutions, women’s and human rights institutions, and civil society organizations, and with notable attendance from Palestinian women leaders in the diaspora in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Europe, the Ministry of Women’s Affairs held an expanded national workshop in cooperation with the Committee for Drafting the Palestinian Interim Constitution, as part of enhancing national dialogue on drafting a constitution that reflects the aspirations of the Palestinian people and ensures an active presence for women’s issues in its content.”

This workshop came after the decree-law establishing the constitutional committee, which stipulated that members of the committee shall include representatives of civil society and gender.

Today, the Palestinian Authority has crossed red lines and surpassed the boiling point of the people of Palestine who opposed the laws based on CEDAW. It has taken up the black pen to erase the Personal Status Law along with the remaining remnants of Islamic rulings within it and replace it with a constitution written by feminists and suspicious organizations funded by the disbeliever to destroy every aspect of Islam regarding the relationship between men and women and its consequences on the family.

[أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ]

“Is it then the judgement of ignorance they seek? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who have firm Faith.” [Surah Al-Ma'idah: 50].

The matter has become clear with no ambiguity. The statement noted that the Minister of Women’s Affairs affirmed the “necessity of including explicit principles guaranteeing full equality between women and men and commitment to international conventions.”

This phrase carries two ideas that completely contradict the rulings of Islam. Full equality between men and women means equality in guardianship, inheritance, divorce, marriage, polygyny, and the duties of men and women. This equality contradicts definitive Qur’anic texts:

[الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ]

“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means.” [Surah An-Nisa: 34]

[يُوصِيكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ]

“Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.” [Surah An-Nisa: 11]

[فَانكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ]

“Marry of the women who seem good to you, two or three or four.” [Surah An-Nisa: 3]. This also contradicts the texts of the Messenger (swt) which assigned guardianship to the father or his equivalent. The Prophet (saw) said: «‌أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا ‌فَنِكَاحُهَا ‌بَاطِلٌ، ‌فَنِكَاحُهَا ‌بَاطِلٌ، ‌فَنِكَاحُهَا ‌بَاطِلٌ، فَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا فَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا أَصَابَهَا، وَإِنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»“Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If he consummates with her, then she is entitled to the dower because he consummated with her. And if they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian.” (Sunan Abu Dawood / Mustadrak al-Hakim) 

Commitment to these conventions is ruling by Taghut and a revolt against the rulings of Islam:

[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا * وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُودًا]

“Have you not seen those who claim to believe in what was revealed to you and what was revealed before you? They wish to go for judgement to the Taghut, though they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray. And when it is said to them: Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger, you see the hypocrites turning away from you with aversion.” [Surah An-Nisa: 60–61].

These conventions — including CEDAW — have made fornication a right for men and women, legitimized homosexuality, permitted abortion, and criminalized the guardianship of men over women. The statement also mentions moving to practical steps: “Everyone agreed that the constitution must explicitly guarantee the issues of women, children, and the family.” This is the practical implementation of the Child Protection Law and the Family Protection Law that the criminal Palestinian Authority has been working on for years, to make these laws part of the constitution and the basis of the Personal Status Law.

These workshops and conferences including Al-Quds University’s conference, which the organizers turned (with the participation of other universities and institutions) into a den for Western schemes against Islam, the family, and chastity all move in one direction: demolishing the Personal Status Law, destroying Islamic values and chastity, dismantling the family, promoting immorality and deviance, and imposing the Western model of a life of vice and demise.

These workshops preparing for a draft interim constitution for the so-called Palestinian State which has no real existence on the ground are nothing but tools for demolishing education, family, women, and children, a destruction no less severe than the killing of souls in Palestine, rather more severe:

[وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَكْبَرُ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ]

“Persecution is worse than killing.” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 217]

[وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ]

“Persecution is more severe than killing.” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 191].

The people of Palestine must awaken and stand united against these successive conspiracies, for this danger will not spare any home, nor distinguish between man and woman. It is the fire of the laws of kufr (disbelief) that burned their own societies, and the West has directed its flames at Muslims through regimes, rulers, and suspicious organizations.

And this fire is not limited to the people of Palestine alone it is blazing across all Muslim lands. Just as it is obligatory upon the Ummah to liberate the people of Palestine from the clutches of the Jews, it is also obligatory to liberate them and itself from the regimes pushing them into the traps of the kuffar (disbelievers) and the loss of this world and the Hereafter.

[وَاللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ أَنْ تَمِيلُوا مَيْلاً عَظِيمًا]

“Allah wants to turn to you, but those who follow their lusts want you to turn away far away.” [Surah An-Nisa: 27].
