Disarming the Iranian Party and the Role of the Lebanese Authority!

The ceasefire agreement of 27/11/2024, between the Jewish entity and the Lebanese authorities, under direct American supervision, laid the political foundation for disarming the Iranian party and other Palestinian factions in Lebanon. This was not out of a desire for "peace" from America, but rather to ensure the security of the Jewish entity in preparation for eliminating the remaining minimal ability of Muslims to fight them, especially after the events of the Al-Aqsa Flood. This agreement is part of a strategic security deal led by America to reset the tone of the region in a manner that is consistent with its interests in the coming period. Just as the reality has been consistent with its interests in recent years. In fact, it is an American card that must be implemented by the Lebanese side, as expressed in the President's statement to Al-Hadath TV on 8/8/2025, when he said: "Implementing the American card requires the approval of Syria and ‘Israel’ with American and French guarantees”!

This American card stipulates, as stated clearly by the American envoy Tom Barrack, that Iran’s Hezb (party) which has long served Iranian policy orbiting America in Lebanon, Syria, and elsewhere, be re-employed within the balance of power by transforming it into a political party and disarming it of its heavy weapons. This is in accordance with America's regional interests and its vision for the region, which is based on preserving the Jewish entity until normalization with it, integrating it, and having it exist in the region as if it were a natural body and not an occupier of Muslim land, to which Muslims' rights will not be forfeited, no matter how much time passes, how long the occupation lasts, or whether the great and major powers or the agent rulers in Muslim countries accept it.

Anyone who examines the ceasefire agreement will see that it did not explicitly stipulate the immediate disarmament of Iran's party in Lebanon, but rather included clauses that paved the way for this in stages, including the exclusivity of weapons in the hands of the Lebanese state south of the Litani River. Anyone who examines what is happening with the holding of a cabinet session to discuss the exclusivity of weapons in the hands of the state after more than eight months, and the entity's violation of the terms of the agreement in terms of not withdrawing from all points south of the Litani River, in addition to carrying out attacks on people throughout Lebanese territory... will see that the Jews primarily want to perpetuate the state of internal division between the political factions in Lebanon, leading to conflicts and divisions among the components of its people.

Therefore, it must be clear to the people of Lebanon in general, and Muslims in particular:

1- The issue of Muslims generally possessing weapons to fight the Jewish entity is, above all, an Islamic issue. The ruling on it rests exclusively with Islam, not with America, the Jews, or international law represented by the hollow United Nations. Sectarian or denominational considerations must never interfere in it.

2- It is the duty of the Ummah to mobilize its sons from the people of power to fulfill their duty of liberating the land from the filth of the Jews and put an end to their massacres of Muslims. Any use of weapons outside this framework, especially when directed against Muslims, as occurred in Lebanon and Syria, is forbidden for Muslims to engage in, and constitutes a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger, His Deen, and the Muslims.

3- If the rulers of the Muslim countries do not allow the armies to move to liberate the Muslims in Gaza and Palestine from the crimes they are suffering, then it becomes the armies’ duty to work with those calling for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State from the sons of Hizb ut Tahrir who are from them and among them, and to support them. This is the duty of the time. Because it has become clear that no one will confront this general catastrophe except the Khilafah State, which is the one that will put an end to the Jewish entity and cut the ropes that supply it with power, injustice and crime. It seems as if Allah (swt) is paving the way for its establishment so that it can carry out this great role, and through it, Allah will fulfill the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw): Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated in their Sahihs on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حتَّى تُقاتِلُوا اليَهُودَ، حتَّى يَقُولَ الحَجَرُ وراءَهُ اليَهُودِيُّ: يا مُسْلِمُ، هذا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي فَاقْتُلْهُ»“The Hour will not come until you fight the Jews, until a stone behind which a Jew stands says: O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, so kill him.”

4- Under these circumstances, it is not permissible for Muslims to enter into a state of peace with the Jews, especially at a time when they are committing the most heinous and horrific atrocities against Muslims, and the Gaza scene is still fresh in everyone's minds... Naturally, there can be only one interpretation of this: that it will only lead to the peace of the "victorious" and the imposition of his terms on Muslims who have accepted defeat.

5- What the duo and Iran's party did in response to the government's decision to restrict the possession of weapons to the state, by waving the logic of force and repeatedly and unacceptably using the street, without undertaking any real political action, such as leaving the government, for example, or the resignation of the duo's representatives! This indicates that the situation is not really related to weapons, but rather it is entering into a cycle of bargaining and negotiation over gains in power in the coming period. This is something that all Lebanese must be aware of, lest they fall victim to the power gains sought by one party or another, in a political scene that has been recurring and boring since 2005.

6- Those who accept to call themselves "minorities" must side with Muslims and stand with them in their causes, and not be dragged into the ranks of their enemies. Islam has honoured them by making them subjects of the Islamic state (they have the same fairness as Muslims, and are subject to the same justice as Muslims). Islam has not accepted to call them "minorities" as the West has called them. They should know that if they refuse to take sides, they will be judged like whoever they seek help from against the Ummah.

Finally, we call upon Muslims in Lebanon to reject every conspiracy aimed at consolidation of the usurping Jewish entity, liquidating the remaining energy of the Ummah, and blocking their path to establishing Allah’s rule in a Khilafah state on the method of Prophethood. They should be certain that this painful reality will not be resolved in all its aspects except by establishing the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which will unify the lands of Muslims and liberate the occupied from them. Therefore, you are invited to work with us to establish the Khilafah that will regroup the weapons under one banner: the banner of “There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah,” and the slogan “And prepare for them whatever you are able of power,” for the Khilafah is inevitably coming, as it is the final stage in the political stages of the Ummah after this tyrannical rule, which was defined by the Messenger of Allah (saw), in the Hadith:

«تكونُ النُّبُوَّةُ فيكم ما شاء اللهُ أن تكونَ، ثم يَرْفَعُها اللهُ تعالى، ثم تكونُ خلافةٌ على مِنهاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ما شاء اللهُ أن تكونَ، ثم يَرْفَعُها اللهُ تعالى، ثم تكونُ مُلْكاً عاضّاً، فتكونُ ما شاء اللهُ أن تكونَ، ثم يَرْفَعُها اللهُ تعالى، ثم تكونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فيكونُ ما شاء اللهُ أن يكونَ، ثم يَرْفَعُها اللهُ تعالى، ثم تكونُ خلافةً على مِنهاجِ نُبُوَّةٍ» ثم سكت ﷺ

“Prophethood will last with you as long as Allah wants it to last. Then He (swt) will lift it. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He (swt) will lift it. Then there will be hereditary rule (ملكًا عاضًا), and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He (swt) will lift it. Then there will be an oppressive rule (ملكًا جبرية), and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He ta’ala will lift it. Then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.” Then he (saw) fell silent”.

So be among its soldiers and witnesses, not among its enemies’ tools.
