The fasting of Ramadhan, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, besides being acts of worship which regulate the relationship of Muslims with their Lord, are of the externally visible aspects of the Islamic Ummah. Muslims start fasting together on the same day and they celebrate Eid together on the same day in obedience to the orders of Allah (SWT) which unite them.

As you are well aware that for a long time we have not sent any delegations to you nor have we corresponded with you demanding your support for establishing al-Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashidah. This was because we have been witnessing with our own eyes and ears that you have indeed abandoned the Khilafah "Caliphate" behind your backs and you are violating the authentic Shari'ah evidences
