Azerbaijan and Armenia issued a joint statement on 11/8/2025, following the agreement signed between them in Washington calling on the  other parties to dissolve the Minsk Group. It stipulated the opening of connections between them for local, bilateral, and international transportation. How was this achieved at a time when relations between them were tense and punctuated by wars, especially in recent times?

Its solution is not a two-state solution.
