Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Syria held a protest in rejection of the Russian-American agreement in one of the Syrian camps in the north.

On the 7^th of September 2016 in the city of Sterlitamak and Slavat located in Bashkiria, raids and searches took place in the houses of four Muslims who were arrested under the charge of being affiliated to Hizb ut Tahrir.
