Spokesperson for the United States Department of State, Jennifer Psaki said on 10/10/2013 that Washington would freeze military and economic assistance to Egypt, waiting for the country to make a credible progress towards a democratically elected civilian government, as she stated. The Los Angeles Times newspaper quoted U.S. officials at a press conference on 10/10/2013 to have said on the same subject: "The essence of America's security interests in the region, including the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel, will not be at risk due to a cut off of aids or their reduction."

We recognize that these statements from America do not mean the final relinquishment of the poisoned aids to Egypt. Rather they are a means of threat to regulate the measure of the new government according to what America wants, so nothing takes place out of their account. The aids are one of the means or even the methodology followed by the United States to colonize peoples and expand control and influence, and that since America entered the Middle East as a neo-colonial power. During a conference in Istanbul held by American diplomats accredited to the Arab Group on November 1950 under the chairmanship of George Maggie, representative in the State Department, it was among the schemes "to take cooperation with the people of the country as a means of access to the region" in their habit of forging names to sell the wolf in sheep's clothing!

This means that the toxic aids that they called "cooperation" stem from the heart of America's policy to penetrate the depths of the region and to produce agents, while looting the wealth and sucking blood. America has used the method of aids to colonize Indonesia. When Sukarno in the 1950s refused American aid, they continued to harass him through threats and intimidation until he accepted the aids and then the U.S. influence entered Indonesia and continues to exist until today.

Thus, what America has called humanitarian assistance in its dictionaries are in fact colonial projects under economic pretext, even to its friends! The Marshall Plan after World War II named European Recovery Program was the gateway for American companies to be an active partner in many joints of the European economy. After ten years had passed until the European economy in general became property of American companies. Although it has decreased somewhat in recent years, but the impact of U.S. companies on European economy still exists today.

All of the aids are evil, because reality shows that the Kaffir colonial states, especially America, do not offer aid only to extend their influence and hegemony, to serve their interests, as well as the interests of the Jewish entity. All this is secured in the grievous crime of Camp David Agreement, that even the officials of the Jewish entity are wary of the impact of cutting down any of the U.S. aids to Egypt, as the entity considers the "U.S. aid to Egypt an important pillar of the Camp David Agreement". The U.S. aids are nothing but harm, and the Prophet (saw) says:

«لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ»

"No harm and no causation of harm."

As reported by al-Hakim in his Mustadrak, and he said: "This is a Hadith with a Sahih chain of transmission according to the conditions of Muslim, although he did not report it."

The acceptance of these aids is a major crime in Islam, because they create ways for the colonialist Kuffar to enter the Muslims lands through influence, economy and politics. And Allah (swt) says:

((وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا))

"and never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them]." [An-Nisaa 4:141]

This is on the one hand. On the other hand, this aid is not worth anything of the Egyptian GDP. American aids of about $1.5 billion do not amount to more than 0.3% of the GDP of Egypt, not to mention that it is not worth anything of Egypt's wealth of oil, gas and metals, and the traffic in the Suez Canal. The slightest lifting of tolls in the Suez Canal would bring in a multiple of that amount, as well as cutting off gas from the Jewish entity which is being sold cheaply! Selling this gas at the market prices would bring in a multiple of that amount, besides that we are in an actual state of war with the Jewish entity which has usurped the land of al-Isra' wal-Mi'raj. It is not permissible under any circumstances to engage in peaceful relations with them, neither political nor economic.

As for the widespread rumors, that poverty and economic crises would befall the country were it not for this aid, then this is a feeble statement.

The poverty of the Muslim countries is an artificial poverty caused by the shortage of those occupying the seats of governance and the sources of decision makers. The wealth of the Ummah and its public property is squandered on corrupt means, harmful to the country and its people. Instead of public property being distributed to the Ummah which is their right, it settles in the pockets of those whales and in the internal and external bank accounts, both secretly and publicly. Then the country is tied to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund through America's poisons called aid. This is the cause of poverty in the Muslim countries, although they are abundant with God-given wealth far-exceeding its need, if only properly placed within the framework as disclosed by the Kind, the All-knowing.

Oh Muslims in the land of Egypt: Your duty is to show initiative by rejecting these aids, instead of America threatening you with cutting them off! The basic principle is to prevent these toxic aids from entering the country, rejecting the aids strikes America and the Jewish entity in a deadly spot. This is what we must excel in and where we must spend our outmost effort. Our answer must be to throw their poisons in their faces, instead of Ambassador Badr Abdul ‘Atiy, spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, saying: "This decision is improper in terms of content and timing". He added: "Egypt is also interested in the continuation of good relations with the United States!"

It was on as-Sisi's coup to throw these aids in the face of their owner, and to toss America's toxins back into its throat, so they will know that the land of Egypt finds strength in their Lord and honor in their Deen. Unfortunately this coup is far from such, rather it has been busy with killing people, so they will say only what he says and see only what he sees, as Pharaoh said before:

((قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَرَى))

"Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see." [Ghaafir: 29]

The murder of the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right will cause the murderer to perish in this world and the hereafter. From what He (saw) has said to the crowd of people on the day of Arafah was:

«فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ، بَيْنَكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا»

"Your blood, your wealth, your honors are sacred amongst you as the sanctity of this day, in this month, on this soil." [Reported by al-Bukhari]

Whoever kills a soul unjustly has incriminated against his Deen and his Ummah, and his fate is as described by the Strong, the Glorious:

((سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ))

"There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allah and severe punishment for what they used to conspire." [Al-An'am: 124]

That is what has been done to their adherents before them, and rational is the one who takes a lesson from what happened to others:

((إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ))

"Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind]." [Qaf: 37]

Is it permissible for a woman to pray with her feet uncovered?

Answer:

Wa Alaikum us Salaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu

Covering of the ‘Awrah is one of the conditions for valid prayer (salah); the salah is not valid except with the covering of the ‘Awrah. This applies for both males and females, whether the salah is performed in public or in private.  It is incumbent on everyone in to cover the ‘Awrah in prayer.

This is due to the narration of Ibn Umar (ra) that the Prophet (saw) said:«إذا صلَّى أحدُكم فَلْيَتَّزِرْ ولْيَرتدِ» "When any one of you prays let them wear their lower garment (Izar) and top garment (Rida')" (Narrated on the authority of Ibn Hibban, Ahmad, Al-Baihaqi, and Al-Tahawi)

On the authority of A'isha (ra) that the Prophet (saw) said:لا يقبل الله صلاة حائضٍ إلا بخمار» » "Allah will not accept the prayer of a woman who started to menstruate, except with a Khimar (headcover)." (Narrated on the authority of Ibn Majah, Ahmad, Abu Dawood, and Ibn Hibban)

The ‘Awrah of women constitute all of her body except for her face and hands. The evidence for this is:

By the authority of Ibn Ubai Sheebah in his book "Al-Musanaf" from Ibn Abbas:

((وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا)) "They do not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof" [Al-Noor: 31], he said: "her face and hands".

On the authority of Baihaqi in his book "Al-Adab": "That Allah ‘Azza wa Jal says:

((وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا)) , "They do not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof" [Al-Noor: 31], that As-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Except for her face and hands, and we narrated the meaning of this from A'isha (ra), Ibn Abbas and Ibn Umar."

On the authority of Abu Dawood in his book "Maraseel" from Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «إِنَّ الْجَارِيَةَ إِذَا حَاضَتْ لَمْ يَصْلُحْ أَنْ يُرَى مِنْهَا إِلَّا وَجْهُهَا ويداها إلى المفصل» "If the bondwoman (Al-Jariyah) starts to menstruate nothing is allowed to be seen of her except her face and hands up the wrist."

What is understood from the previous evidences that all of the woman's body is considered as ‘Awrah except for her face and hands, i.e. the feet are considered part of the ‘Awrah.

This is confirmed by the Ahadith of the Messenger (saw) from Umm Salamah (ra) that she asked the Prophet (saw) whether the woman can pray wearing a Dir' (a long and wide garment that covers the body of the woman) and a khimar (headcover) without wearing a Izar (a lower garment) underneath? He (saw) said:«إِذَا كَانَ الدِّرْعُ سَابِغًا يُغَطِّي ظُهُورَ قَدَمَيْهَا» "If the Dir' is long and wide so that it covers the body down to the external part of her feet." Extracted by Al-Hakim and said: "This is a Sahih Hadith according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari but he did not extract it. It was corrected by Az-Zahabi in "Al-Talkhees" and he said, "It is according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari".
