The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir is pleased to announce to its followers and visitors to the Central Media Office sites of the resumption of the issuance of Al Raya, which was issued by Hizb ut Tahrir in 1954. It trembled the dark oppressive rulers in their slumbers and conspired to abolish the weekly publication. Now by the Permission of Allah, Hizb ut Tahrir has resumed the issuance of Al Raya Newspaper once again.

A joint statement was issued today at the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Summit for Joint Defence between Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan... The Agreement is intended to strengthen collective deterrence against any act of aggression, and stipulates that any armed attack against any one of the three States shall be regarded as an attack against them all.

With respect to the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement between Pakistan, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Ishaq Dar, posted on X on 9 August 2026, that, “The Makkah Accord is purely defensive in nature. It is not targeted against any country and its sole purpose is to further strengthen our ongoing efforts towards peace, stability and prosperity in the wider region.”
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who is considered a close associate and frontman of Pakistan’s Army Chief, delivered a speech at the Economic Summit in Islamabad on 29 July, in which he referred to the “collapse of the existing system.” The following day, on 30 July, the statement by the DG ISPR regarding good governance once again sparked debate across the country about a change in the governmental structure.
