The Jordanian House of Representatives approved the government's budget bill and the budgets of governmental unit's bill for the year 2014. The approval of the Jordanian Parliament of the general budget Law gives the government the green light to continue robbing the people's wealth and impoverishing and starving them. And this is not the first wonder of the Parliament since it is a partner of the government and one of its tools to pass and legitimize corruption; to codify it by this Council so that it is considered a reform. It is worth stopping at some of the contents of the speech of the general budget law so that people can foresee to which deep end they are being hurled because of their silence.

It is stated in the speech of the general budget and as quoted by the Minister of Finance that, "Here it is natural to raise the subject of the debt increase, which would amount to about 80% of GDP at the end of this year; and to question the ability of the Jordanian government to serve and repay this amount of debt; there are twofold to answer these question." It is clear that the Minister of Finance is laying out the options available to the government to deal with the debt crisis, he said, "The first part: The government of course is conscious of the burden of the future of this debt, but what is the alternative: to stop paying salaries or stop capitalist projects or to cut off power and water? Is it possible to carry out similar measure to the actions taken by some European governments to reduce the salaries of the public sector by up to 40% in some cases or to dispense of 20-30% of public sector employees making unemployment rates reach to 30-40%? The answer is obvious with rationalization and reform of the public sector, including integration and the abolition of some institutions and also support of the private sector is one of the goals agreed upon ... ", and then he spoke of the second option saying: "the second part of the answer to these questions come from the historical experiments to exit the debt crisis. In 2002, the proportion of debt to GDP was about 100%, and of course the numbers in 1989 were bigger than that; inflation reached nearly 25% at the time; the central bank reserves of foreign currency at the time was close to zero, however we were able to cope with the crisis in 1989, as we were able during the period 2006-2008 to re-gear the ratio to GDP to about 60%, and we had a surplus in the general budget in a single year in 2006. Therefore it is possible to get out of the burden of the debt crisis through economic growth, which amounted to about 7.5% of real growth during the period from 2006 to 2008".

Therefore the government's options, according to the Finance Minister are limited to two: the first is to get rid of public sector employees and reduce salaries, and the second option is to increase the economic growth rate, and the question that arises:

O government and the House of Representatives: What if the government could not achieve the growth in the economy? Especially since the speech mentioned that the international institutions expects a modest growth rates.

Does this mean that the first option for the government is therefore the only one? Then, which is the disposal of a large part of the public sector employees, and a cut in the remaining salaries, and to increase the prices of goods and services to make the general public unable to attain them? It seems that this is the option they are practically following; they are introducing and preparing for the general budget law.

It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the general budget law is only a legal cover to the requirements of the International Monetary Fund, as well as the solutions provided by the government to the Fund; understanding the law have to be by reading the data and reviews of the International Monetary Fund at the same time,, because it is the de facto ruler of fiscal policy in Jordan.

Also the International Monetary Fund announced in 12/2013 that the actions expected from the government in 2014 includes the amendment of the Income Tax Act, to increase the tax rate from 14% to 25%, and the reduction of the covered income tax of 12,000 dinars to 9,000 dinars, and raise the tax limit 30% to become 35%. Also as indicated by the report of the fund that the government's intention is to raise the price of flour, water, electricity, and to continue the policy of pricing of fuel; and to raise the fees of some services like passports fees, registration of companies, and luxury goods. The report pointed to the government's intention to cancel the exemptions for sales tax on a number of commodities including iron and building materials. The government bared its blades to hack its people and it will not be discouraged as long as the people are silently watching!

O Muslims in Jordan

The grim financial and economic situation that Jordan has reached is caused by the capitalist system, which is applied on us; it is a system that creates calamities and steals the money of the poor. Countries in the world falling in deep crisis as a natural consequence of the application of this system, which unleashes the hands of the corrupt to plunder the wealth of the country, if anything is left of public funds it will soon be looted and robbed and will be for the taking by every greedy thief. It even enabled international institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund to meddle in people's lives and the country. For Jordan to get rid of its problems, it needs to get rid of this system that separates religion from life of the people, this is by working to resume the Islamic way of life to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, which Jordan will be part of, otherwise people will remain to suffer from humiliation, hunger and deprivation.

Allah (swt) says:

((وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى))

"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind." [Ta-Ha: 124]

As the calamities continue to heap in succession on the people of Al-Anbar province; taking lives, displacing peaceful residents from the homes of their parents and grandparents, and the demolition of the houses atop the heads of its inhabitants; due to sedition (fitna) that Al-Maliki fueled its heat, under a fabricated banner called "The war on terrorism" by the order of his master, America, the leader of global terrorism...Until he accelerated it with another even worse sedition; namely the division of the three revolted provinces; Nineveh, Salahuddin and Al-Anbar. The provinces were divided into two or more divisions through converting some of their districts into full provinces such as Tal Afar, Tuzhurmatu and Fallujah... This is done in order to intervene between a man and his family by fragmenting tribes into ripped fragments through creating new borders over what the unbelievers did in the Sykes-Picot crime. This is done to hasten the fragmentation of this great country. Once this news was announced, the sedition fever struck other administrative districts in the South to claim separation from their mother provinces, such as Al-Zubayr, Kufa and Suq al-Shuyukh and Khanaqin, and so on... So that the new provinces become combustible sectarian hotbeds whenever the oppressors desire, and loopholes were the enemies of Muslims from the invading infidels penetrate under various justifications, such as the protection of the minorities or human rights, and similar tricks of the stinking Western politics.

Oh Dear Muslims of Iraq:

What you have suffered from and continue - since the foot of the defile America stepped on to the immaculate land of Iraq, which the companions of the Messenger of Allah (saw) have irrigated it with their pure blood - never was the brainchild of those who the occupying infidel installed as rulers upon you. Rather they are malicious plans and methodologies contained in the constitution of disbelief which is imposed upon you, and which the (new politicians) work with all their malice and cunning to implement until there is no such thing as Iraq except weak entities rejoiced by the enemies and the resentful! You all remember the project to divide the country into three ethnic and sectarian parts. It was part of what was conceived by the mind of the Satan (Joe Biden) as a favor for the Jews and those showing affection to them. And here you see Al-Maliki trying to outbid them by seeking to fragment Iraq, an evil fragmentation, until the very last moment in his futile term, without any mention of denial from the (religious authority), or even from those who claim to represent provinces that are afflicted by injustice more than the rest of their brothers, except by the spectacle movements that avail nothing, such as resignation at some times and withdrawal at others.

Oh... Dear Muslims:

If we want accountancy or salvation, then you are the ones who brought them and those to power; by believing the misconceptions of democracy that have become a burden, even in their own backyard in the West. Then you hurried to the polls that are propagated by the preachers of the sultans, with lies and fabrications, unafraid of the account of their Lord, the Almighty. And today, it is in your hands to uproot them and thwart their plots by returning to the voice of truth and reason, and choosing to resort to the laws of Allah, the Almighty and the pure Sunnah of His Prophet (saw) that you will not know the meaning of justice without it. And you will not return to become loving collaborating brothers over others except by supporting your brothers who are working for the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" state, which have propitious signs, InshaAllah, loom on the horizon...

So hasten to cleanse the filth of Western civilization, and revert to the obedience to your Lord, that you may succeed, so as the mercy of your Lord descends upon and you triumph with happiness in the Hereafter.

وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ أَنْتُمْ قَلِيلٌ مُسْتَضْعَفُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَخَافُونَ أَنْ يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ النَّاسُ فَآَوَاكُمْ وَأَيَّدَكُمْ بِنَصْرِهِ وَرَزَقَكُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ* يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

"And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful. * O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]." O Sincere Officers in the Military!

Assalamu Alaikum, wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuhu

We want to begin this call by reminding you that you are officers of the Muslim Army whose birth was noble, whose forefathers were brilliant commanders and generals, whose history is a glorious history and whose duty is raising high the flag of "La ilaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasul Allah." This Army was established by none other than the noble Prophet, Muhammad (saw). After 13 years of determined and painful struggle RasulAllah (saw) founded the Islamic State in Madina and established the Muslim Army. This Army produced brilliant and courageous commanders such as Usama bin Zayd (ra), Khalid bin Walid (ra), Salahuddin Ayubi, Tariq al Ziad, Muhammad bin Qasim and others. They opened land after land, bringing these lands under the Khilafah "Caliphate" and bringing glory for Islam and the Ummah. It was in this process that Bakhtiyar Khalji opened Bengal for Islam and the Muslim Army was set up in this land. These are your forefathers and you, O Officers, are the descendants of these brilliant men who are forever honored and praised in history. So this is your identity. You are not the Bengali Army or the Bangladeshi Army, or any other ordinary army; rather your first and foremost identity is that you are officers of the Muslim Army.

So, it is not befitting for you to be known to the world as "peace keepers", which is nothing but a fancy term for mercenaries coined by crusader America and the West who are unwilling to send their soldiers to Africa and other places. Your life is not to be driven by the materialistic goal of earning some meager dollars by guarding the interests of America and the West. Love of this world and greed for meager worldly gains drives the Jews and polytheists, not Muslims and the Muslim Army.

It is neither befitting for you to be ruled by the enemy, the tyrant Hasina and to capitulate to her purge. It cannot be that your officers are brutally massacred and you let it pass without an appropriate response, without inflicting a humiliating defeat upon Hasina, the real killer and her accomplices.

Nor is it befitting for you to desert the oppressed people in the land in the hands of the tyrant Hasina. It cannot be that you ignore the demands of the people who are calling for your material support and you provide material support to the ruling regime which the people want to remove. Acting as protectors of despots like Hasina is a prohibited act just like committing zina, eating riba or giving and taking bribes.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ليأتين عليكم أمراء يقربون شرار الناس ، ويؤخرون الصلاة عن مواقيتها ، فمن أدرك ذلك منكم فلا يكونن عريفا ، ولا شرطيا ، ولا جابيا ، ولا خازن

"A time will come when you will have idiotic and despotic rulers over you putting forward the most evil of people and following them in their choices and they will delay the Prayer from its fixed times. So if you are in that time, then do not be a corporal, a policeman, a tax collector or treasurer..." (Sahih Ibn Hibban)

O Sincere Officers in the Military!

With Hasina holding onto power, the people have only one alternative to be free from the death, destruction and injustice of the Awami-BNP ruling regime. That alternative is establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir. The Hizb has the qualities of true leadership that the country needs - intelligence, awareness and courage. The Ameer of the Hizb, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah is an eminent statesman, a jurist, and a scholar in political and socio-economic matters. And he has proven his courage by his struggle when he was the first spokesman of the Hizb (in Jordan) and suffering in the prisons of tyrants. Under his leadership and guardianship the members and activists of the Hizb are courageously struggling against tyrants, including the tyrant Hasina, facing her bullets and suffering in prisons. They are also mature in understanding Islam, affairs of politics as well as educated in a multitude of subjects.

Regarding the Khilafah "Caliphate" which the Hizb is calling towards, it is an obligation upon the necks of all Muslims. It was narrated from Nafi' that Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say:

«قال رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ خَلَعَ يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا حُجَّةَ لَهُ وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً»

"Whoever withdraws his hand from obedience (to the Khaleefah) will find no proof for himself when he meets Allah on the Day of Judgment, and whoever dies without having an oath of allegiance (Bai'ah) on his neck he would die the death of Jahiliyyah." (Muslim)

And providing material support in its establishment is an obligation on you, who have the power in your hands. It is the true aspirations of the people who are eager for its establishment so that they can resume living by their Deen. The members and activists of Hizb ut Tahrir who are facing Hasina's bullets for the sake of the Deen deserve your support in overthrowing her and replacing her with the party's Ameer as the Khaleefah of the Muslims.

Before we end we want to address what may come to your mind that overthrowing Hasina might be a risky affair. Let us remind you firstly that just like the love of worldly gains, fear is also a characteristic of the Jews and polytheists. It is not a character of the Muslims, let alone the Muslim army and it is not even the characteristic of a genuine army, let alone the Muslim Army. You are supposed to strike terror in the hearts of the enemy. Moreover what you fear is in fact the whispering of Shaitan, upon which the tyrants thrive, upon which Hasina thrives by creating a sense that her spies are everywhere and everyone is being spied on.

((إِنَّمَا ذَلِكُمْ الشَّيْطَانُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوْلِيَاءَهُ فَلاَ تَخَافُوهُمْ وَخَافُونِي إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ))

"It is only Shaytan (Satan) that suggests to you the fear of his Auliya' (supporters and friends), so fear them not, but fear Me, if you are (true) believers." [Ali-Imran: 175]

O Sincere Officers in the Military!

So do not fear. And shun the meager worldly gains, the few dollars earned from U.N. missions. Strike Hasina and the Kufr regime of which she is a ruler before it is too late and she escapes the punishment for killing the army officers in Pilkhana. Take the people's side and rescue them, free the oppressed people of the country from the tyranny of tyrant Hasina. Fulfill your duty of providing material support in establishing the Islamic rule. Hurry to gain the Good in the Dunya- the honour of being the Ansar for establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate".  And gain the Good in the Akhira - the reward of Jannah for being the Ansar for establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate", Insha'Allah.

((وَفِي ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ الْمُتَنَافِسُونَ))

"And for this let all those strive who want to strive." [Al-Mutaffifeen: 26]
