After 1300 years of existing as an ideology which was established in society, Islam became relegated to the position of a mere 'religion' with the destruction of the Khilafah State. This has created the unnatural situation where Muslim children are born and raised in societies which implement an ideology that contradicts their Deen.

As for the Islamic Ummah, throughout its history, the matchless advance of Islam was upon the hands of countless Muslims who presented their souls to Allah (swt) for marching on battlefields.

The reports of discrimination against Muslims have been featured on the news for decades. The most recent of these reports have been linked to the Chinese and their open discrimination against the Chinese Muslim Uighur population. According to UN officials, there are currently 1 million Muslims being held in the Chinese ‘re-education camps’ camps.

In Pakistan the Model United Nations (MUN) is seen as being one of the biggest events amongst schools. Participation in it is seen as being an integral part of the educational experience, with local schools gathering their teams and pushing students to participate in the event.
