In this Ayah, Allah Subhanahu wa Taala defined the Muslims' most important qualities. Firstly, the Believers - men and women - are guardians and friends, allies of one another. Secondly, as a necessity of this guardianship, they command each other to what is right (ma'ruf) and forbid and prevent each other from what is wrong (munkar).

Every year when Ramadan starts, Muslims rush to gather rewards. As we believe that reward is multiplied 70 times in this month, so Ramadan has become the month of collection and distribution of Zakat. Zakat is a personal individual duty (Fardh Ayn) on every Muslim who is the owner of the minimum amount (nisab) for the period of one year.

When reading the Quran during the nights and days of Ramadan, we should really aim to understand the message that Allah (swt) is trying to give His creation. When we truly understanding the words of Allah (swt), we will actually see a change in our ideas and behaviour.

    Ramadan, as we know, is the month in which the Quran was revealed, and a message of guidance for mankind to regulate all their affairs was revealed with it. It also tells the believers the benefits of fasting in the following verse:
