 The High Court in Mombasa has stopped a Kadhi Court from presiding over a dispute between a family of both Christian and Muslim faith. Justice Olga Sewe issued the order stopping the Muslim Court in Kwale after one of the parties complained that they were being subjected to a court that could not deal with their issues.

On this upcoming 31st of August 2023, Malaysia will be celebrating its 66th year of independence from the British. Every year a theme will be chosen and this year it is ‘Tekad Perpaduan Penuhi Harapan' (Determination in Unity, Fulfilling Hope).
