Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia held its annual Khilafah conference on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the conference hall at the party's headquarters at the Sakra Intersection in the capital, Tunis, titled:

"The Failure of the Modern State and the Inevitability of the Khilafah State"

The two guest rooms were packed with a large turnout of men and women who came from all over Tunisia. The conference began with a recitation of the Holy Qur'an, recited by Ust. Muhammad Ali al-Awni. This was followed by the conference's keynote speeches.

The first speech was delivered by Ust. Muhammad Bouaziz, entitled "The Failure of the Modern State: Tunisia as a Model." Ust. Taher Nasr then delivered a speech titled "The Most Important Characteristics of the Governing System in Islam." Ust. Ibrahim al-Shater then delivered a speech titled "Education Policy in the Khilafah State." This was followed by a speech by Ust. Tariq Rafi, who explained "Features of the Economic System in Islam." The final speech was delivered by Professor Omar al-Arabi, who discussed "Foreign Policy in the Khilafah State."

The conference concluded with a letter sent by Ust. Najm al-Din Shu'aybin to Netanyahu in response to his statements. Anti-Khilafah slogans were also chanted, including "Netanyahu, listen, listen, our Khilafah will return," "Khilafah, Khilafah, Khilafah," and other slogans.

Thus, Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia continues its tireless work to expose the failure of the modern state and its corrupt and unjust legislation. At the same time, it presented the project of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) State in detail to the people of the country. The conference received wide acclaim, especially on social media, and became the talk of the town in Tunisia. As usual, the machine of those who call themselves modernists mobilized to attempt to distort the party and its civilizational project. However, as usual, they tweeted out of step to please their masters, unlike many of the country's citizens, who responded positively to Hizb ut Tahrir's proposals and its civilizational project. This confirms that the people of Tunisia are loyal to their authenticity and their faith, the faith of the great Islamic Aqeedah and faith.
