Security Apparatuses in Omdurman Arrest a Group of Hizb ut Tahrir Members
(Translated)

Following the execution by the shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan of three stands in different locations in the city of Omdurman, on the morning of last Wednesday, 25 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to 14/1/2026 CE, within the framework of reminding of the occasion of the passage of 105 years since the demolition of the State of the Khilafah (Caliphate) in Rajab 1342 AH, the security apparatuses proceeded to arrest five members of the Hizb: Al-Radi Muhammad Ibrahim, Fadlallah Ali Suleiman, Omar Al-Bashir, Hassan Fadl, and Mujahid Adam. They were then released after Maghrib on Wednesday after their phone numbers were taken and after confiscating the banners that the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir were carrying in the three stands. Then they were summoned in the afternoon of Thursday, 15/1/2026, and they remain under detention until the time of writing this statement!!

The crime of these Shabab is that they remind the Ummah of the life of honor in obedience to Allah, when the Ummah had a state established upon the basis of Islam, and how our condition has become today after the State of the Khilafah was demolished, as we have become in humiliation and disgrace, and in subservience to the Western kafir (disbelieving) colonizer.

This is some of what was written on the banners that were raised in the stands:

- Under the Khilafah (Caliphate), the sanctities of the Muslims—their lives, their blood, their honor, and their wealth, are preserved and protected.

- Through the Khilafah, the unity of the Muslims is achieved, the Shariah is implemented, and Islam is carried to all the worlds.

- By the demolition of the Khilafah, the entity of the Islamic Ummah was demolished, and its blood was dispersed upon nationalism, patriotism, and sectarianism.

- The Khilafah, O Muslims, is the obligation of your Lord and the source of your honor. and others that are in the same direction and meaning.

So is the one who calls to the honor of Islam and the Muslims, and to establishing the obligation of the Lord of the Worlds under the State of Islam the Khilafah, to be criminalized and arrested?! Indeed, what the apparatuses of the regime have done falls under the category of barring from the path of Allah. Allah Almighty says:

[الَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الآخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجاً أُوْلَـئِكَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ بَعِيدٍ]

“Those who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert from the way of Allah and seek to make it crooked. Those are in extreme error.” [Surah Ibrahim: 3].

[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ]

“And those who have wronged will know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.” [Surah Ash-Shu‘ara: 227]
