Pilkhana Massacre Was an Indian Conspiracy to Weaken the Country's Military - This Report by the National Independent Inquiry Commission Has Proven the Truth that Hizb ut Tahrir Courageously Presented to the Nation Sixteen Years ago.
We Once Again Call upon the People to be Vigilant against the US Plan to Control our Military

The National Independent Inquiry Commission formed by the interim government about the Pilkhana massacre, causing the death of 57 meritorious officers, that took place at the BDR Headquarters on February 25 and 26, 2009, has released its investigation report. The investigation has proven the involvement of Hasina and her associates Tapas and others in implementing the Indian conspiracy to weaken the country's army. We strongly demand the speedy punishment of these criminals involved in the incident and the declaration of India as an enemy state. You must remember that the wise and sincere political party, Hizb ut Tahrir, was the first to boldly bring this truth to the nation (on February 28, 2009, the leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Bangladesh was titled: "Protest against the Indian conspiracy to destroy our army and BDR, and the inaction of government"). As a result, this conspiracy of the treacherous Hasina was nipped in the bud, and the foundation for Hasina's downfall was laid right then. Immediately after this heartbreaking Pilkhana tragedy, we not only identified the main conspirators and their motives, but we also stood as a shield for those sincere army officers, whom the tyrannical Hasina government later called militants. As a result, the fallen Hasina government imposed unjust bans on the non-violent political party Hizb ut Tahrir and continued to oppress and torture its leaders and activists. But we, ignoring the tyranny and repression of the now fallen Hasina, called on the people to stand up against the ongoing arrests, disappearances, murders and dismissals of sincere military officers by the Hasina government, and the people responded to this call enthusiastically (on January 7, 2012, the title of the leaflet we issued was: “O Muslims! Protest against the continued kidnappings, arrests and dismissals of the country's sincere army officers by the traitor Hasina on the orders of the US-India”).

At that time, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the UK Scotland Yard were involved in the investigation to assist local investigators in investigating the massacre, and for these agencies with international standards and expertise, unraveling the mystery of this murder was certainly not a complicated matter. However, they covered up this incident because Hasina was a British agent and India is the regional watchdog protecting US-UK interests in this region. In addition, the US agreed to this reform because the removal of talented and sincere officers from the military was necessary to implement the new equation of US-India relations (seeing Bangladesh through India's eyes). We would like to remind the people that the face of the Americans has changed in the changed circumstances, but there has been no change in US-India relations. We warn again that the US wants to use this incident to undermine the morale of our military and is desperate to establish control over our military. For this purpose, it has engaged its gang of agents in propaganda against the military. Why has the current interim government, born from the July Revolution, and which came to power based on the people’s aspiration for real change, not lifted the unjust ban imposed on Hizb ut Tahrir by the fallen Hasina? So, has it only changed its mask and appearance, but the conspiracy continues? In fact, the crocodile tear and opposition to India by the political parties loyal to the America over the Pilkhana massacre is nothing but a deception to gain political benefits. Because they are very well aware of the US-India relationship and are obliged to abide by the boundaries set by their kafir-colonialist master.

O People! Hizb ut Tahrir, a political party that does not lie to its people, is carrying out an intellectual and political struggle to liberate the Muslim Ummah from the clutches of the Kafir-Colonialist states. And we say again in a clear language - only through the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) according to the method of the Prophethood promised by Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) will the country be liberated from the Kafir-Colonialist US-Britain and their regional henchmen - the Jewish Entity and Hindutva India, Insha'Allah. Therefore, the movement will continue until the desired goal of the mass uprising i.e. the true liberation of the people is achieved, and we call upon the people to remain united under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir. Allah (swt) said:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ]

“O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with those who are true” [Surah At-Tawbah: 119].
