If the Ruling Governance of the Rulers of Muslims is not a Rule of Fools, Then What Is?

On the authority of Kaab ibn ‘Ujrah, who said: the Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
I seek refuge with Allah from the rule of fools.” He asked, “What is that, O Messenger of Allah?” He replied,
“There will be rulers after me. Whoever enters upon them and believes their lies and assists them in their injustice, then they are not of me, and I am not of them, and they will not come to me at the Cistern (Hawdh). However, whoever does not enter upon them and does not believe their lies and does not assist them in their injustice, then they are of me, and I am of them, and they will come to me at the Cistern (Hawdh).” (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi and An-Nasa'i)
The foolishness of the rulers was most clearly manifested during Trump’s recent tour of the Gulf. The Ummah witnessed scenes of the rulers’ folly as they celebrated the enemy of Allah (swt) and the enemy of the Ummah, the US President Donald Trump, rolling out the red and purple carpets for him and celebrating with him in luxurious palaces after gathering princes, ambassadors, and followers for him, as if he had descended upon them from heaven! Then they offered him trillions of dollars, reaching, according to Trump himself, $5.1 trillion — five thousand one hundred billion dollars — under the guise of fraudulent deals and investments that benefited only America and Trump, who himself boasted about it as an achievement he brought back to his country.
Is there any greater folly than celebrating, supporting, and strengthening one’s enemy against oneself?
Is there any greater folly than rulers squandering the Ummah’s resources and vast wealth with the stroke of a pen, without any conditions or restrictions? Meanwhile, the stomachs of Muslims and their children are empty, their cities are destroyed, and their countries are among the poorest in the world.
How desperately the Ummah needs a ruler who fears Allah (swt) in his dealings with them, their wealth, their honor, and their interests, and whose vigilance and concern are like that of Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra), who said, لو أن جملا أو قال شاة أو قال حملا، هلك بشط الفرات، لخشيت أن يسألني الله عنه “If a camel—or a sheep—or a lamb were to perish on the banks of the Euphrates, I would fear that Allah would hold me accountable for it.”
