Implementation of Shariah and Unification of Muslim States Is the Effective Counter to the Fitnah Caused by the Hindu State

Comment:

For decades now, the armed forces have mentioned the hand of India being a cause for internal conflict, as well as a threat against the water supply of Pakistan. There is no doubt that the situation is now severe with Pakistan Army engaged in conflicts with the peoples of Afghanistan, the tribal regions, Baluchistan and Azad (Liberated) Kashmir. The hard state policy is only fueling the security crises, which are most likely to extend to years, if not to the fragmentation of Pakistan. Security and stability require a new Shariah based strategic vision.

The current failing, secular, pragmatic strategic vision is based on nationalism, and the implementation of the capitalist economic system, under the environment of alliance with the United States. Not one of these three elements can ever quell disputes between Muslims, that enemies can exploit:

First: Pakistani nationalism has only provoked reactive sub-nationalism, whereas the Islamic identity powerfully bound Muslims together for centuries during the era of the Khilafah, and unified them under a single state, forcing the retreat of enemies.

Second: Capitalism is incapable of quelling resentment and dissent. The capitalist economic system concentrates wealth in the hands of a select elite, spreading poverty to most of the world, and even entire segments of Western society. Unlike capitalism, the Shariah economic system circulates the wealth throughout the society so that everyone can take their share, whilst directly intervening in the case of the most vulnerable. In addition, the complete, uncompromising implementation of Shariah starves any raising of arms against the state of all legitimacy in the eyes of Muslims.

Third: Alliance with the US is a fatal error. The US is engineering a new Muslim World in which the Muslim states are to be weakened through conflicts of attrition, as can be seen in Sudan, Lebanon, Syria, Iran and Pakistan. At the same time, the US is fully supporting the Hindu State and the Jewish entity in their malignant projects against Muslims. Shariah strictly forbids alliance with those who fight Muslims and those who assist others in fighting Muslims. Instead, Shariah directs Muslims to unify all their ruling authorities within one state, under one Khaleefah (Caliph), and to wage Jihad against the hostile enemies.

The hard state approach is only a more forceful implementation of these three causes of unrest and instability. It is bound to fail, and make matters worse, which the wise have already realized. The only question now is whether the people of military power and protection have the resolve of Iman to grant their Nussrah for the implementation of the Shariah in Pakistan. Allah (swt) said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلً]

“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best way and best in result.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa’a: 59].
